All Artflava products are handcrafted, printed, and finished in-house.
Processing times before dispatch:
- Cushions: 3β5 business days
- Art Prints: 3β7 business days
- Original Artworks: 5β10 business days (includes preparation & protective packaging)
- Digital Products: Available for instant download after purchase (no delivery required)
Processing time may vary during peak seasons or exhibitions. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Australia (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard: 3β8 business days
- Express: 1β3 business days
International Shipping
- Standard: 8β20 business days
- Express: 4β10 business days

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Original artworks: custom protective wrapping + reinforced boxing
Cushions: sealed protective wrapping + durable shipping bag
Prints: flat mailer or rigid tube (depending on size)

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
No shipping fees or physical delivery.
β Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Artflava is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
