🚚 Processing Times

All Artflava products are handcrafted, printed, and finished in-house.
Processing times before dispatch:

  • Cushions: 3–5 business days
  • Art Prints: 3–7 business days
  • Original Artworks: 5–10 business days (includes preparation & protective packaging)
  • Digital Products: Available for instant download after purchase (no delivery required)

Processing time may vary during peak seasons or exhibitions. Customers will be notified of any delays.

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard: 8–20 business days
  • Express: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by postal and courier services and may vary by destination.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
No shipping fees or physical delivery.

❗ Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Artflava is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
