One element in this piece ‘mysticalman Breath’ One element in this piece ‘mysticalman Breath’ describes food as medicine and has helped me greatly with my tranformation to health. Certain foods help with providing the body with the necessary minerals and vitamins to help battle against toxins. Especially now in this modern world. Plants don’t have the vitamins and minerals it did 50 years ago due to our soil and pesticide’s used also contributing to this fact. This topic needs more space on another day.🙏🏼 My day starts with hydration using warm lemon water and green tea. I get my early sun and meditate.
