🚚 Processing Times

All Artflava products are handcrafted, printed, and finished in-house.
Processing times before dispatch:

  • Cushions: 3–5 business days
  • Art Prints: 3–7 business days
  • Original Artworks: 5–10 business days (includes preparation & protective packaging)
  • Digital Products: Available for instant download after purchase (no delivery required)

Processing time may vary during peak seasons or exhibitions. Customers will be notified of any delays.

🌏 Delivery Timeframes

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard: 8–20 business days
  • Express: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by postal and courier services and may vary by destination.

Returns policy

  • Change of mind: No returns or exchanges unless otherwise agreed.
    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws

  • Damaged or faulty items: Remedies provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

  • Incorrect item supplied: Artflava will arrange an appropriate remedy.

  • International orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and estimated delivery timeframes are provided above. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact logistics@artflava.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will assist you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
No shipping fees or physical delivery.

 

❗ Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Artflava is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information subject to applicable consumer law.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
