I’ve always been drawn to stories—whether myth, scripture, or fiction—because they carry truths that outlive time. Growing up Catholic, I absorbed lessons from the Bible that shaped my foundation.

As I matured, I found myself reaching beyond one faith, weaving together wisdom from many traditions to enrich my path. Among them, the story of Buddha deeply resonates: the young prince who walked away from privilege to seek enlightenment.

This work, Buddha Awoken, is a meditation on that journey—on awakening, on courage, and on the timeless pursuit of truth.
